Very good. Positive: Excellent location. Very clean Inside. Spacious. Negative: A little draughty from front windows, making it a little cold.

Great location, great apartment and great value for a family or a large group. Positive: The location is fantastic, close to bus and underground for very easy access to all other parts of the city. The apartment is large and well equiped. The check in was great, very convienent to have a key box so you are waiting for anyone when you arrive. It was also very helpful that the host had umbrellas available for our use during the stay. The apartment was also very clean and instructions were left for everything we needed, including coffee and tea. It was a wonderful week. Negative: Just minor issues - the master bedroom has a huge dip in the middle of the room making walking in the dark tricky. The smallest bedroom had the largest bed for some reason. The layout of the living room could be better, we ended up moving a table to be positioned in front of the sofa. The instructions sent for how to access the apartment were a little confusing, it would have been better to send a photo of the entrance in the email instead of having it only in the guide booklet after you get into the apartment, we initially went in the wrong entrance. But, these things are so minor compared to the overall experience that they didn't effect our stay. Would happily stay here again.

Close to the underground and spacious for a large group Positive: Location very close to the Earl’s Court underground station. Easy, good communication with host. Very spacious apartment, can easily host 5–6 people. Lots of stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Positive: The location of the accommodation was very convenient — central enough and with easy access to the Underground, making it simple to reach central London. The size of the apartment was very comfortable, and the fact that it had two bathrooms fully met our needs as we were two families travelling together. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made our stay even more practical. In addition, when we had an issue, the assistance we received was immediate and effective. Negative: Some lights had an electrical issue and were flickering on and off. The television in the living room was not working during our stay. A few of the window panes could not be closed fully, which allowed cold air to enter the flat. Lastly, access to the garden is not direct from the apartment — it is only possible through the main entrance of the building.
